Biography: The current version of the Foundation was formed fairly recently in the World Wrestling Headquarters following the company's return under the ownership of Eden Black, David and Thomas have known each other longer than that with Bane actually having been one of the people that trained David during his time at the Dojo and the two actually teamed together for a while in the Universal Wrestling Corporation before going their separate ways.

When WWH returned under Black, the Foundation was one of the very first people that she reached out to but Bane’s partner at the time in Alex Slayer had entered a state of semi-retirement and under the suggestion of Jacob Striker, Bane and Gibson reformed their team and have effortlessly picked up where they left off. Character

Nickname(s): The "Pale Riders"
Gimmick: An ungovernerable team, the Shinigami Foundation as both a tag team and as a faction pride themselves on being as chaotic as possible as they started out in the Universal Wrestling Corporation as being overpushed by the company's vice president at the time as the next "IT group" against the hated Dominion faction there and the irony is that they were supposed to be the top babyfaces!

While some soldiered on or quit under the pressure, these men decided to embrace the hate and use it to fuel themselves, choosing to focus mainly on their respect for the ring and the match themselves with the Foundation proving time and again that they are one of the toughest groups around while showing the utter contempt for any attempt to govern their actions with crowd reactions and a socksure assuredness of their moral and athletic superiority. In short and basic terms: the team is much like famous tag teams of the 70s and 80s of the Mid-South Region like the Fabulous Freebirds or the Midnight Express with that touch of that Los Ingobernables de Japon flair in terms of pure RL examples.
