1. RÊVE MOUILLÉ
#1 CONTENDERSHIP: WORLD TITLE
Pascal Gaudin w/ Sabine Moreau vs. Mark Storm w/ Gregory Murphy
RAZOR WRESTLING EPISODE #7
Sunday June 11th, 2023
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA
The red carpet. As should be expected. Sabine Moreau is surrounded by the flashing bulbs of every photographer in the vicinity. She soaks it in, striking various poses with abject perfection in staggeringly quick succession. The camera loves her. As should be expected.
Pascal Gaudin is to her left, he has been flagged down by a journalist and although he finds it quite distasteful to have his attention away from his beautiful paramour, he let's the writer ask his questions.
MARK CARNIVAL: Pascal! I'm Mark Carnival with The Powerbomb Report. I just wanted to ask you a few things.
PASCAL GAUDIN: Of course you do. Las Vegas is my city and you are a guest here. If you did not want to show your appreciation to me personally then we would be at odds.
MARK CARNIVAL: Right. What I wanted to inquire about is your relationship with Hank Malone? You struck him several weeks ago and in turn he suspended you from RAZOR Wrestling. Is there still bad blood?
PASCAL GAUDIN: Mon dieu. You are a professional wrestling journalist? At a fashion show? I must say, this is quite gauche. I am here to support my friend, Jean-Marc Marc-Jean. I am not 'ere to discuss my career. This is a retreat for me. This is a safe 'aven, a vacation from the filth that is the company that I work for.
Gaudin smirks.
PASCAL GAUDIN: But since you asked, things between myself and 'ank are perfectly professional. Not that it matters, I 'ear that 'e will not even be at the show next week. Off chasing his master. Which is fantastique because 'e will not corrupt my opportunity to earn a shot at the World Championship.
MARK CARNIVAL: Speaking of which, do you care to comment on your opponent Mark Storm?
PASCAL GAUDIN: You mean the imbécile who has only been getting victories because I was locked away in Chateau d'If? Monsieur Storm is of little worry to me. I 'ave been with this company since the beginning. I am one of the Original Eight. Mark Storm is just an interloper, a passing trend. Maître Artiste is forever. Monsieur Storm 'as yet to get a proper welcome to RAZOR Wrestling. 'e will receive one on July 2nd.
MARK CARNIVAL: Mark Storm is undefeated and you...are not? You were beaten by Hope Freya--
Gaudin cuts Carnival off, enraged.
PASCAL GAUDIN: AND NOW that 'arlot is wasting away in a 'ospital somewhere. Moi, on the other 'and, I am 'ere. I am ready to fight. Monsieur Storm 'as yet to face a real challenge. But 'e will get one in the form of a true artiste. No one is impressed by his victories over Sud Ognya. Neither of them 'as won a contest! I on the other 'and 'ave. I 'ave one of the best records in the entire organization. It will improve it on July 2nd and then I will take the championship from that prétendante PJ Lemon. Now if you will excuse me, I must go experience the brilliance of my close personal friend Jean-Marc Marc-Jean. Au revoir.
Maître Artiste tosses his hand up, along with his chin, and walks away. He takes Moreau delicately by the waist and the two of them enter the building. The door closes and we see that it reads "JEAN-MARC MARC-JEAN presents RÊVE MOUILLÉ".
